I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process, package, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier. Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends.


HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

For Domestic Orders (Netherlands and Belgium):

  • Express Shipping: Approximately 9 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 6–14 business days.

For International Orders:

  • Express Shipping: Approximately 9 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 6–14 business days.

Please note:

  • If you ordered multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages and could arrive on different dates.
  • If a product is out of stock at our North American distribution centers, we may ship from our European or Asian centers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, unexpected weather, global pandemics) may cause delays beyond our control. Although most packages arrive on time, carriers may occasionally experience delays. As such, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

HOW DO I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

We provide tracking numbers for every order. Tracking becomes available once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that individual products may ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure the best pricing and quality.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of completing payment if you made a mistake or changed your mind.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the corrected information. Please notify us immediately (within 12 hours of placing your order) via email.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We pack every order with extra padding to prevent damage. However, about 1 in 1,000 orders may arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping. We sincerely apologize if this happens to you.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Contact us at info@vivivala.com with:
    • Your full name.
    • Your order number.
    • A photo or video showing the damaged packaging and product.
  2. Once we receive your email with the required details, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
